Do PS2 H.S.M. sing along mics work with PS2 Singstar discs?

Not into these games but iirc from a friend, HSM mics won't work with singstar but singstar mics will work with HSM

yep...singstar mics work with the PS2 HSM game - my 9 and 10 y.o.s and my resulting headaches are proof.
