Connect PS2 To PC - Problems.

right, i've bought myself a YPBPR TO RGBHV VGA BOX to connect my PS2 to my Monitor, i've got a 19" CRT. i've changed the output on my PS2 to YPBPR and my monitor comes up with "out of range, H:15.6k V:50k" , it looks like my monitor doesn't like 50hz, i've tried forcing it in O/S and it goes through but when i press the button on my VGABOX to switch from PC to PS2 it still comes up with the same.."out of range, H:15.6k V:50k"

any ideas? do i need a new monitor or is there anything else i can do? i can get an NTSC PS2 which will output 60hz but this is too much hassle, and requires too much money.

cheers.
