Not sure if anyone still posts here but I picked up a copy of the orginal God of War two weeks ago to get me through the PS3 drought and I finished it yesterday on God Mode!! I ran through the game on Normal and then opted for God Mode rather than Spartan to unlock the final goodies - to be honest I found the difficulty to be fine (no way near as it has was hyped) provided you adapt your game with lots of blocking and timed attacks. I have started the game again on Normal and it is an absolute breeze!

I just wanted to know what others had thought of this game on God Mode, particularly what parts they struggled with. The most difficult bit for me was the final fight against Ares as he kills you in one hit with the unblockable fireball and claw attack. Very frustrating!

How does Titan Mode compare on God of War 2 as I will be starting that game soon (on Normal first!).
