I have been playing it for 2 hours on a Pioneer plasma. Is the picture meant to be grainy is it the style of the game also I am finding the sprite really annoying alway chatting. Is he with you the whole game?

Yep he's with ya for the whole 50 hours of the game I played mine on a normal PS2 didn't notice a grainy picture
