connecting ps2 to wifi

Dont know if any one can help with this at all?

I have been messing about for ages now trying to get my ps2 which is my sons room to run off an access point.

the system does

NTL box to router to hub to acess point ( which i am using as a bridge) to acess point in this room. ( linksys router and acess points)

now on the back of the access point is a rj45 connectio which i can plug the ps2 in to. but it doesnt always connect.

if i plug a laptop in it it works everytime.

when it does work Fifa 07 never lets me connect saying i have no connection when i have.

Can anyone help at all?

Weaps,

Sounds like you have too many hops between you and the actual internet.

How many is that?

I know you may not want to spend out but have you thought about the Devolo MicroLink dLAN ethernet over your power cables?
