Am I right in assuming that to unlock the 2 locked areas, I have to complete the story missions? If that's the case, roughly how many missions are there?

Just the 'Story' and no side missions approx 100. Add approx 50 for side missions.

Yeah no kidding took me about 70hrs of playing to complete it with a 66% completion. But worth every minute

I have been playing this game for over a year, I got stuck on Air Raid so stopped playing it for ages, anyway started up again this week and YES coompleated Air Raid but now I am stuck on Supply and Demand the game that follows Air Raid.
none of the cheats can help me, I need more fuel how do I get more fuel in this toy plane. I will never do this level other wise, please help?

If I remember correctly, the order in which you take out the targets is the key for completing this mission..You can't afford to be flying back & forth and need to find the most efficient route. Can't really be more specific than that as it's in the dim & distant past.
