Select button not working.... any ideas???

Hi all,

There’s something wrong with my psp slim, the select button is dead!

It doesn’t work at all, but the strange thing is that the music button next to it now mutes the sound as it should do but it also does the select button functions…

I’m now 100% sure that’s this isn’t a software issue as I re-flashed my psp with DAX cfw and nothing! Still the same…

Any ideas???

When my sons started playing up, I had to replace the button bar:

It's not even 3 month old, i'll try a refund or replacement first... It's only 3 months old......
