Sony Media Manager

I have installed Media Manager v1.0a so that I can transfer some of my divx/avi movies to my PSP to watch at work at lunch times.

However, when I try to transfer the files it gives an error message saying 'one or more encodes have failed'.

I then got hold of a copy of Media Manager 2.5a and again tried to transfer the same files. This time the error message simply says that the files are not compatible.

Does this mean I have to upgrade to 2.5 Pro to view these files?
