The M33 version was created by a very talented person called Dark Alex, it’s based on the official software but it removes restrictions imposed upon it by Sony. You can run Home Brew software such as game emulators, nes, snes, amiga, Atari to name but a few. You can run software to play back You Tube videos but best of all you can play your PSP games from the memory stick.
You can convert any PSP to run the custom firmware CFW, but you’ll need a couple of special tools, a Pandora Battery and a Magic memory stick.
There is a Pandora Battery is available off the shelf it’s called a Datel Tool (amazon)
However the Magic memory stick is a little harder to come by.
There is a thread on here for just such a kit for use by AVF members all you need to do is put your name down in the thread and you can be added to the list

Re: PSP m33?

No you have to make the Memory stick yourself...Magic simply means that it acts in conjunction with a Pandora battery to downgrade your PSP...you'll need to prepare the appropriate downgrading files on any non-fake Pro-Duo memory stick lower than 4gb in size (and ideally 256Mb or greater) for it's magic powers to be released!
