| Member | Help, can't make remote play work over internet
Why oh why can I not get remote play to work over the internet? Read instructions and stuff on internet but nothing works  - PS3 connected wirelessly to netgear dg834gt router - All port forwarding and firewall/service rules set to allow PS3 - PSP registered to PS3 - PS3 set to remote start - PSP connecting to internet - PSP Signed in to PSN using same account - Connection to PS3 fails and times out Am I missing something stupid??? Remote play works fine over local network with PS3 turned on TIA |

I had the same problem because i never did. Settings > Remote play settings > Remote start. turn it off then on again and it should ask you the question above. HTH Last edited by Hulligan; 28-02-2008 at 8:48 PM. | |
