PSP to TV what are the options.

I want to connect my PSP to my TV so I can play games on it. I have a Panasonic TX32DTX 10 CRT TV.

From what I can gather the cables you can currently get will only allow music or video playback. Or a cable with a component socket on TV which I'm not sure my TV has.

Has anyone tried the 'Blaze' adaptor? at around £25 it's a bit pricey. I've seen this advertised though,

http://www.saverstore.com/productinf...Conv_Z500.html

which looks very similair but VERY cheap compared to what I've seen.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Re: PSP to TV what are the options.

I take it you got the "fat" psp?

In which case you have no choice anyway, this thing you linked to looks like its definately for the fat version as the slim doesn't have an IR port which it refers to...

Sounds like a decent enough price, but a little fiddley as it says you need to have your AC adaptor plugged in at the same time etc...

Still I doubt the blaze one is much better, prolly the same.

I was under the impression you had to open up the psp though to get these things to work, doesn't mention anything like that in the description?

thanks for the reply. No I actually have the skinny version but I'm guessing it's not as easy as I thought hooking the thing upto my TV!

If you want to play your PSP on a TV component cables (NOT composite) will be your solution...if you've an older TV you're probably stymied.
