US PSN Account

Hi all

I currently have a UK PS3 and PSPGo and use a UK PSN account on them both. As we (Europe Market) have been royally done over with regards to PS Store content, can I just register a US account and start downloading from the US Store?

I know I'd have to buy US credit from eBay or something...

But is it possible/ easy?

it is possible but i could not see how to change your account on the psp go. the only way i know is when you hook it up with the ps3 and download a new game from a different account it will display a warning message about changing accounts. just agree and it will change to your usa account (or visa versa) all your games will show up on your psp go but you will not be able to play your games from different accounts. you will have to plug it back into the ps3 to change the account

Re: US PSN Account

Having had a Go for a couple of days, I've registered accounts in the UK, US and Japan - the US service looks like the winner (unless it's obscure Japanese PS1 games you want?), so I'd suggest registering for that; the selection is currently much bigger, and games usually work out cheaper too i.e. MH Freedom Unite is $29.99 vs £29.99, although there are some exceptions (like Gran Turismo, $39.99 vs £21).

I might be biased however, because I'm just happy being able to get both Disgaeas and Half-Minute Hero.
