Just found an old PSP white 1000 that i had years ago. just wondering if it is worth buying cables to connect to TV, if such a thing exists

Also how can i tell what firmware i have installed the moment?

I believe the TV connector cables only work on the slim models

Tv cables are only for later models - there was a wierd camera thing that sat on top of the screen that came out but it was rubbish by all accounts. Current firmware can be seen in one of the System menus.
