Hey guys me and my dad have 2 accounts on the ps3 and a few months ago he downloaded final fantasy 7 onto his account. So he put the game on his psp and i put it on mine after connecting them to the ps3 to transfer them across.

Well today i wanted to download the final fantasy dissida demo on my psp on my account and it said that i needed to activate the console to my account and any games i had before were gong to be unplayable.

I did activate it and tried final fantasy 7 again and it said it cannot play the content so is it a drm like itunes?

What is this about as i have never had this before and will it stop me downloading and purchasing anything on the ps3/psp on my account and email address anymore?
