help for the svt120

Hi everybody,

My SVT120 would appear several flashing light-lines in the top of the frame when it works, who can tell me how to solve it?

Regards

Re: help for the svt120

If it looks like short white dashes then it is macrovision pulses. You are seeing these because the geometry isn't set up correctly. They should be hidden off the top of the screen.

If it is three coloured lines then it is AKB for colour balance. Again, set up the geometry so these are off the top of the screen.

Thanks Chris Frost. I'll try again to set up the geometry.

Re: help for the svt120

Hello Chris Frost,

The svt180' setup includes 3 step: Tube Focus & Alignment, Convergence and Video Blanking. Does the svt120 same it? How to do the Video Blanking for the svt120? I can't find the adjuster!

Re: help for the svt120

I don't know if the 120 has the same blanking feature as the 180. I think that the 120 is more like the SVT150. Search for SVT150 user manual on line.
