Upgrade From Plasma

I have upgraded sound to Krell s-1000/s-1500 . So getting round to upgrading old pioneer 434 plasma as well. big sound, small TV. gotta be done

was thinking of getting one of the end of line pioneer plasmas but then had eureka moment. why not keep plasma for watching TV and upgrade to projector/screen for watching films

i have dedicated cinema room 10 ft by 16ft so flexible on wiring etc. budget about £2k

is this a good idea? what set-ups would you recommend?
