Projector screen control

I have a projector that is controlled with a 12v trigger that has been wired into the equipment closet. It is connected to a 12V AC adapter to supply the 12V. Previously it was plugged into the back of a receiver that had a switched plug on the back.

Problem - The new receiver (Onkyo TX-SR607) does not have a power outlet on the back of it. The only component that does have a plug is the Motorola HDPVR box but it must stay on in order to be able to record.

ystem is controlled by a Harmony 1000. Projector (Panasonic PT-AE3000U) does not have a trigger output.

What is the best way to control the screen ? 12v connected screen is down, 12v removed screen goes up. I am thinking there must be a switch of some sort that can be controlled by IR so I can program the Harmony to turn it on and off. There's a Xantech device that costs over $200 and I figure there may be a simpler/cheaper device. I have found one:

Is there a better solution out there ?

Thanks in advance.
