Question Sanyo z2 ac power plug?

Any one know if its possible to get the power plug for a sanyo z2? I have ceiling mounted the projector and need to make an ac power lead approx. 7meters long to the nearest ac outlet.

Make one You can buy the components from maplins. Can't remember if the Z2 has the clover power connector but maplins do these as well. Sorted

It's where I got mine from. You probably won't find it in the ready made area, but look in the components section

Re: Sanyo z2 ac power plug?

The Z2 uses a cloverleaf (C5)

Never seen those plugs available loose... They would be impossible to terminate as they are too small.

I would recommend getting a normal 2M C5 > 13A lead, cutting the plug off and fitting a Male IEC plug. You can then plug a 5M 13A to IEC lead into this.

If this will be too bulky, then you could crimp or solder and sleeve with heat shrink tubing.
