1080p to replace Sony VPL-HS20

I would like to replace my Sony VPL-HS20 (720p/1080i, 1386x788) with a new 1080p PJ, the one from the following list:
1. Sony HW10
2. Panasonic AE3000
3. Mitsubishi HC7000
The room is light controlled, sitting and throwing distance is cca. 3,5 meters,screen DA-LITE 92" diagonal (16x9), PJ is used for DVDs only, SD and Blu ray classic movies.
With new PJ
1. shall I have a significant improvement in picture quality for SD?
2. shall I notice a difference in PQ for Blu ray discs (720p vs. 1080p) in this environment?
3. which PJ would you suggest to purchase (from the above list)?
Any suggestion is highly appreciated.

They are all good projectors, and each one of them have their own disadvantages/advantages. Please note, that everyone is an individual, and thus as the projectors are so close in performance, the choice of which is going to be chosen is always personal, and thus a demo would always be recommended.

Have a look at this thread, to see some feedback from people that have upgraded to the HW10, from a HS20.

You could also try the HC7000, and AE3000 owners forums for feedback.
