Image Higher on one side than Other

Have Optoma EW330, the Left side of projected image is 2CM taller than right side, only has Vetical Keystrone not Horizontal so can't find a way to sort it out... Any Ideas?, Connecting PC via HDMI, so Geometry from PC is Perfect as it is all digital...

Is your PJ properly aligned with your screen? Maybe some slight adjustments in positioning are needed.

sounds like the projector is firing from the right, and is needing to be moved maybe an inch or two(if that!) to the left,and then re-alligned with the screen.

Measure the side lengths of the projected image. If they are different you have mounted off centre (to the lens, not always the same as the pj ). If they are the same then your mounting isn't level (to your screen).

If you are at either end of the zoom on the lens the geometry can't be relied on and digital keystone correction is the work of the as far as image quality is concerned.
