Question Using a rack for placing a Projector?

I've noticed that most people are using ceiling mounts for their projectors.

How about something like this for a projector (e.g. ae300):

1. An LMP ceiling mount is half that price.
2. It's also better looking.
3. I would assume that for an AE300, with a short throw lens, that you'd not want to sit in front of the pj.

Cheers,
Cal.

I'm trying to figure out throw distance etc at the moment, though I expect it is affected by size of picture you want. Not exactly sure what this will be - depends on size of room that may or may not be built /

I was thinking of having the projector behind me, but didn't think throw distance was that small. Main thing is hassle of having the unit installed in the ceiling, which I won't think be able to do myself.
