Re: 4:3 Computer

Well the thing is that all HDReady home cinema projectors are 16:9 these days. If you must have a 4:3 screen then you'll have to buy a business projector.

Stick with 16:9. You'll be fine.

Re: 4:3 Computer

I use a 4:3 screen (actually a blind). It works well and is fixed to the ceiling. The advantage is when using 4:3 material, the PJ can zoom out to make the 4:3 image even bigger

Re: 4:3 Computer

An xbox 360 can output at 16:9 and as for your computer you should be able to set that to any resolultion you like (including the exact resolution of your chosen PJ to give you 1:1 mapping) by using powerstrip.

Re: 4:3 Computer

The computer can be set to do a 16:9 resolution (e.g. 1280x720) easily enough. The XBox is 16:9 too.
