Ive tryed ,but nothing in the SMART 111 works as it should.
Meter werent calibrated so all the values I had is completly wrong.

hi
out of interest was there anything particularly 'wrong' with the picture to start with that made you want to calibrate?

No cant say that there were...
But...
I wanted to have the projector color balance perfect...

But no luck so far... did run into some trouble half way.
Uncalibrated meter = messed up the values.
And then I set the Gain values to the + side the projector changes the gamma by it self and then the gamma gets messed up..

So after a few weeks I disided to give up...

So thats why Im curious to hear from someone else how they manged to get the correct values..

I have seen no projector that is optimised out of the box. Although most pictures are OK you can get substantial improvements by calibration either by an enginner which is the best way or you can use some of the other DIY methods which are still pretty good.
