Cabling Dilemma for AE300

As some of you may have read in another thread of mine, there is the distinct possiblity that I will be upgrading from my duff AE100 to an AE300. This presents some dilemma's and opportunities with regard to cabling.

My setup with the AE100 was as follows:

A PS2 routed through Sony 1080 via S-Video
A Gamecube routed through Sony 1080 via Composite
A VCR routed through Sony 1080 via Composite
A Sony NS305 Dvd player(1 scart RGB/S-Video output, Composite/AudioL&R and Digital outputs) routed through Sony 1080 via S-Video
An Ntl Pace box (1 scart output, no other outputs not even Audio phono outs!!) routed through Sony 1080 via composite ( video out on this amp input connected to VCR)
S-Video and Composite monitor outputs on amp routed to AE100.

Now with the AE300 having a proper RGB scart input I would ideally like to connect everything via RGB to the projector with a 10m scart cable run. I will lay the 10m composite and S-video cables in the trunking as well just in case though I hope not to have to use them eventually. RGB-because of the PQ benefits obviously but also the PJ can be left in RGB Scart source mode. I also want to feed all sources to an RGB capable 14in Portable tv that I will be using as a monitor (Saving a few PJ bulb hours in the process. ie wont have to turn on PJ to set VCR timer etc )

So as you can see I need to feed RGB to a PJ and TV and audio to the Sony 1080. The Video will be replaced in the next 2 or 3 months with a HDD/Dvd recorder so I'll obviously be using composite for the VCR until then. So atm I need at least 4 RGB scart inputs (PS2, GC, Pace NTL, Dvd Player) and when I get the HDD/Dvd recorder I'll only need 3 (PS2, GC, HDD-DVDRec/NTL) cause the NTL will passthrough Recorder) I know I can get audio out of everything via phonos but the NTL box presents a problem.

Can anyone point out where I may have something wrong and make recommendations of suitable devices??

Heres what I think I need: An RGB capable 4:1 switcher with audio outputs to route all audio to single input on amp except dvd and PS2 which will go via digital co-ax and toslink. A RGB 1:2 splitter to split output from switcher to TV and Projector. I'm sure if I go out and order these, I'll realise that I didn't need them or that I should have built in futureproofing etc etc.

Double checking of my cabling plan and recommendations greatly appreciated!!
