Ally PTV-01B Video In not working help

I have a Ally PTV-01B Projector and the Video In is not working.
All my equipment is OK and working, even tried a complete different source
and still not working.

Cannot see what I can do to make it work, Its been working fine for 2 years

Any suggestions please, but not the one throw it in the Bin.

Simple one first have you tried a different lead and that both connection are fixed in tight?

Its the fixed connector video In that is on the projector, as I said before
I tried a digital camera on the video in and that did not work, when it works
fine on my 43" Pioneer TV

Have you tried contacting Shenzhen Ally Industrial Co.,Ltd. I have found you an email address for European users.

I've no idea how long this will take as I have never delt with Shenzhen Ally Industrial Co.,Ltd, but it's worth a try. They may point you in the direction of an projector repairers in the UK.
