hs10 problem

I've just had a brnd new hs 10 (just out of the box).

I sent my first one back(dead pix).

problem:- when setting up my pro just momens ago,I noticed that the picture seemed to be suffering from some kind of shake, particularly noticable on rolling credits.

also the left side of the picture seems to be in focus but the right side out of focus, aaaarrrgh.

when on the focusing set-up the cross hairs on the right side seem to have ghosting around them no matter what you do.

Even adjusting the sideshot dosnt seemto help.

Any help by hs10 owners would be appreciated.

PLEASE DON'T SAY I'VE GOT TO REPLACE YHIS ONE TOO.
