IN76 - cant video switch?

I've started a thread in the sony part of the forum but though I would also add it in here for more exposure.
STR-DA1200ES, Sound but no video!

I've just wired up a Sony STR-DA1200ES, I can switch a composite signal to the projector but not component or hdmi. I can switch component and hdmi to an hdtv fine as the amp is working correctly.

Connecting devices straight ot the projector works fine so the projector is working correctly. Does the sony amp alter the signal or remove a turn on signal that is sent to the projector?

Anyone else running an IN76 with a video switch amp?

Cheers
Chris
