Why won't Nokia 221T drive Barco 6500?

I'm trying to drive my Barco 6500 projector from a Nokia 221T via the TV Scart, using the component RGB signals and the composite video signal as the sync (H/C) input to the Barco. The picture appears for about 0.1 seconds and then disappears. The Barco claims it has "no input".

The sync signal is over 1v peak to peak.

Can anyone help?

Thanks.
