Mit 4900/6000

Hi All,

Like a lot of you Im undecided about what new PJ to buy...Pearls too expensive (Rip of Britain) and too big (my shelf is only 370mm deep)
HD1 too big, I suffer from RBE so that cuts out DLP machines so I think its down to the HC6000 (looking forward to the review zzzzzz lol)

After reading What Hi Fi they state that any processing should be done before the display so could it be worth buying the 4900 and do the upsampling with my new replacement 3930 (dont ask) or should I hold out for the 6000 because of the superior contrast ratio.

Does anyone know of a good dealer who has both in stock for a demo near to Manchester? as because Mitsubishi dont produce HIFI my usual dealer wont stock them...

Am I going to notice much difference to my HS50 esp with fast motion.

I know lots of questions and they will probally be answered at a demo but Id just like your thoughts..

John
