Sanyo PLV Z1 help

My projector has been turning itself off lately. The bulb is fairly new so it's not that. The problem seems to be overheating as when it happens the projector feels really hot even if it's only been on for about ten minutes, has anyone got any idea what I can do?

Is the fan running and have you cleaned any filters,the sony web might tell you where they are.
