Talking Kramer and others promoting the HS10- I'm on my way to Limerick

(I'd better dig out that old uzi of mine )

Kramer

Sold my projector last night (€1550 without the ceiling mount) and now I'm craving a look at the HS10. You have a PM

And now for the most asked question: where is a good place to purchase the HS10 online in the UK?

Rgds

Thanks everybody

Does any one know what the saving is by going procejapan. If it were only £100 or so it definately would not be worth the extra risk. I bought my last projector from the UK and was very happy with the service I received. I'll give nexnix a ring today and unless the cost of sending it to Ireland is crazy I might go with them.

Thanks all

I looked into a HS10 from Japan and I think for me it worked out £135 cheaper and that was not enough of a saving considering all the hassle it could have been

What about a cheap flight over and demo the HS10 at nexnix and take one home with you if you like it?

Conor,

You should remember that the HS10 has air inlet slots in the base of the unit - these will need to be carefully filled (Isopon should do the trick nicely) before you attempt to watercool you're HS10.

Hope you have fun at Kramers - look forward to hearing your opinion.

Hi Hazard,

I'm in Cork too & planning on ordering one in the next 2 weeks or so. I assume you got it from pricejapan? What was your euro total including charges, etc.? Did you do a bank transfer or via paypal?

You can PM me if you prefer.

How dare you? I have alloys

Yep I'll be ordering my HS10 next week, I was very impressed with the projector (the biscuits were a bit soggy though)

Also saw my first water cooled PC in the flesh: get this for a novel idea guys, he actually used pipes to contain the water within the pc case. Ah yes, the strange things I've seen over my life.

Thanks again Kramer, you're a gentleman but seeing as I have alloys, I wonder who the poor bugger is that you stole the hub caps from.
