Panasonic PT-L735NTE lamp flashing red on case

As above ,i have the Panasonic PT-L735NTE data projector with the red lamp icon/neon flashing, dont believe it is the lamp, anyone any know how on these, or suggestions, its August 03, so out of warranty, how much is it worh second hand, if it is too expensive
