infocus 5700 question

infocus 5700 question

Hello
new here and i have a question for anyone willing to help so here goes
i just bought an infocus screenplay 5700 and i have this connected up through component to my denon dvd 2900 but when i set it to progresive scan the image goes of i can only seem to play through interlaced at the projectors native 576i please could someone shed some light on the problem thanx.

hi arnoldx3,
I'm quite new to this and have a 5700 and 2900. the video setup on the 2900 is wide(16:9), multi, progressive, auto, lighter, video, off mode2. Settings,sources, Autosource on the 5700.
