Where to buy a HS10 today?

I want one, and I guess nowhere has any in stock, but where did anyone get theirs from, or where would you say to go or to avoid going?

Also, my current DVD player is NOT progressive scan - anyone recommend a decent one that is, and would I notice a marked improvement with progressive scan?

Thanks a lot guys!

I got mine from Price Japan. Arrived on my doorstep in 3 days. Perfect condition. You just need a plug adapter. Price was around £1750 including double boxing and shipping but there will be an additional bill from DHL in about 8 weeks.

If you dont mind a bit of risk taking, I can thoroughly recommend Price Japan. Kanada will email you back within a few minutes and the projector was shipped within a few hours. They send you the tracking number and you can follow it across the world. It came through customs here without any delay at all.

All the buttons/manuals are in Engllish as well

Search this forum and the US forum for more info on Price Japan. If you get a stuck pixel it sounds like a hassle to send it back but so far most HS10s seeem to be OK judging from the forum feedback.

BTW the HS10 is brilliant. Still gobsmacked every time we watch a film

Good luck

Electrocentre

Got one from Electro Centre in Birmingham just before Xmas. They had one in stock at £2199 so I took it. Haven't regretted it for a second.

I've just started looking for a HS10 myself. Was going to use PriceJapan but for the difference in price (about 100 quid after you've paid VAT) I think I'll buy the UK version. Can't find one anywhere though, tried ElectroCentre as suggested and they don't have stock either...

Any suggestions?
