Pro-V & AE100 user settings?

I use this combination and was wondering what settings other people are using as I gather it is quite a popular choice...

Playing around with the sharpness setting on the Pro-V last night I actually found that I preferred it set to the upper scale (around 9 or 10). I've also found that setting the saturation too high causes noise to be present in strong reds/oranges. Although pumping the sharpness too far seems to cause edge enhancement.

Anyone care to post the settings that they use here (also curious about the AE100 settings - I generally prefer to set the colour option to Warm)?

Can't comment on the PRO-V settings just yet - mines due to arrive next week sometime but I also use the "warm" setting for colour on the AE100.
