Projector for TV

Hi guys, im tore between getting a projector or a plasma, I already have a wall mounted 92" panoview screen. I borrow a projector now and again and I love it. The only problem is, it's now bright enough for during the day TV viewing. Would the panny AX100 be good enough to view TV during the day or will I have to go down the Plasma route.

Re: Projector for TV

Panasonic seems to have started to state that you're only allowed limited hours per session and limited sessions a week or the optical block won't be covered under warranty. Probably not a good candidate for a tv replacement.

Try looking at a Sanyo Z5 or Hitachi TX200 / TX300 (basically the same thing) LCD projectors if you need lens shift or maybe the Optoma HD70 which is DLP.

Its easy, get both

Plasma has the sex appeal, projection has the wow factor. FYI I'm not aware of any mainstream manufacturer guaranteeing their projectors for 24/7 usage, let me know if you find one.
