Please, please could somebody tell me where to get the latest firmware for my SP 7200.
The web site does not accept my ser no. and I can't get through to infocus on the phone.

If someone out there has the latest firmware they can email me it would be very much appreciated.

Just updated my 7200 to v4.0 no problem but make sure you use an XP machine and not Vista
