projector mounts

projector mounts
I have been looking for a low profile low cost ceiling mount. Has anyone tried this one from ebay at approx £30 and a mounting height of 4".

The alternative is the one from avlamps at £35. Not sure of the exact mounting height, is it 8cm or is that just the central tube length.

Unless you know of a better one.

The pole is 8cm, the drop from ceiling to PJ is about 15cm (5.9") approx.
