Nec LT25/30 vs Optoma 739H

In the need to get a projector for primary office use, but then again, if it can be used for viewing movies once a while that wouldn't hurt. Regarding budget it's kind of small (it's not my money) and I'm able to play around with 1300-1500 USD.

So primary choice that I really liked was the Nec LT25 / LT30 - until I found the Optoma 739H that offers some nice features such as HDMI (for future connectivity). The really nice thing about the Nec LT25 / LT30 is the automatic picture process to view a nice and sharp image quickly.

Can't say that I've been into the marked of projectors, but spent some time during the weekend reading about the cons and pos regarding DLP contra LCD. So that another issue if any other users has anything to say about rainbow effect for both above mentioned units (tried to find figures on colour wheel speed).

So wondering if anyone has any thoughts to share about above units and as well thoughts other equal or better units when comparing price.
