Tweaking the Z4?

I've had the Z4 for a while now and have been using the pre set film settings (Creative Cinema and Powerful) mostly. But I wonder if things look much better after been tweaked? I've heard and read that it does require some tweaking out of the box and I've even got the Digitial Video Essentials (DVE) DVD to that end but have not yet started adjusting the settings

I might try ROne's recommended settings but his are for a media PC whereas mine is hooked up to an upscaling DVD player via HDMI and via Component for the Xbox. Any hints or tips you can give are appreciated!

Re: Tweaking the Z4?

Im not convinced that Rones settings are suitable as a starting point for everyone (no offence intended Rone). For example I had my pj calibrated yesterday and rones settings were miles out on my Z4, standard living with contrast and brightness adjusted was far closer to d65 and only took minor adjustments to calibrate. Maybe my pj is an exeption to the rule and the settings work quite well for everyone else .
