Settings for the Themescene HD72i

Hello,Y need help with my projector bycose i 'm verry new with this medium.I think that i lost by search al my standard settings.Can somebody help my with good setting for me.component,s-video,DVD-D.I now it is personality but it make an good start for me.I have the Beamax M-serie(electric) 154x89 and i sitting about 4.0 meter from the screen.Now i think that the settings are not good and more search contrast,breathnes,color make it not better.Thanks and best regard,Eric.
