Home Made Mount

Made my own using one of these,
http://www.maplin.co.uk/Search.aspx?criteria=CN38R
You get 2 in the box.
Also needed a few M6 screws and nuts and a piece of wood to bolt togeather.
Must take some pictures and post.
Probably cost £20 all in? (Piece of Wood was an offcut from a friend at work)
I was inspired after seeing some of Gary Lightfoot's homemade ceiling mounts.
