Unhappy Trouble with HT1000 and Sky

Hi,

Had SkyHD set up today and very sad at the moment as I am not impressed with picture quality.
This I think being down to my pj (NEC HT1000). There is a constant flicker when there is one colour background and is annoying especially on Menu or sky pictures. When pj is set to DVI the options to control picture quality are minimum so I cannot get rid of it.
Also the picture is clearer with component. DVI is not as sharp and flicker still there. This was also on my PC when tried setting up to pj to watch DVD.
Gutted spent £75 on lead I wont use unless another spend on new pj. Cant decide if I,m mad enough to go for Optima H72i or Infocus IN76.

Thats if cant solve annoying problem. Buy it from Hi-Fi blitz and pay next year. Do mad things in desperation.

Phill

Hope you read this Gary with solution, as usual.

Cheers for anybody,s help
