panasonic total runtime

On a panasonic pj (500 to be precise) is there a menu where you can find out total runtime not just the lamp runtime

If you go into options, hold enter down whilst OSD is highlighted and then go down to selfcheck. See the thread below for an example of how the timer's are shown.

Panasonic pt-ae500 brightness flicker

You can add up the total runtime for all lamps that have been installed up to a maximum of 3 bulbs IIRC. You can even find out hown many on/off cycles the PJ has had.
