Connection issue component to d-sub (vga)

hi everyone,

i just got an optoma ep 745 for £280 with 3 hours on the bulb and am very happy with it so far but i have only tried my dvi from my computer and composite. However what i will most be using the projector for is my xbox (not xbox360) and i currently use component leads with this to play games at 480p and 576p and my dasboard at 720p on my plasma. Thing is the projector only has a vga or d-sub type input for component. I have searched hi and low for a component to vga cable but they all end in male component connections and i obviously need female connections to plug into the cable coming from the xbox.

i hope i've explained this clearly and any help would be much apprecaited

Hello lord vader

A VanDamme Red Series mini Multicore can be supplied with 3RCA(F) to an HD15(VGA) Male connector if required.

Alternatively RCA(F) to RCA(F) barrel adapters could be used with any 3RCA(M) to HD15(VGA) cable.

Best regards

Joe
