Can anybody give me an informed view of this projector?

Replaces the well regarded VT440. 1000 ANSI lumens, SVGA resolution. Cheaper and has the sideshot feature.

Lamp life has dropped to 1000 hrs at 1000 ANSI. Increases to 1500 hrs in low power mode (approx 700 ANSI).

Haven't seen any yet in the dealers I've visited in the last few months. Thats about all I can tell you.
