Infocus want to charge me to send PJ for Warranty Repair?

Infocus want to charge me €30 to pick up my PJ which needs to go in for a Warranty Repair. This doesn't seem very fair to me as it is their manufacturing process that led to this. Does anyone have experience of returning an Infocus PJ for a warranty repair?

i had this exact same thing...get out your original warranty paperwork, you may find the statement...

InFocus Corporation will "arrange, and pay for, all return freight charges associated with the exchange of the projectors and ultimate return of your projector to your possession"

if it says this, you can email them with such information

good luck

Thanks, I can't find that on any of my documentation and the warranty info in the manual doesn't mention it.

Looks like I will have to pay it.

before you bite on that bitter pill...maybe have one last check for this paperwork ?...if it's anything like mine, it'll be in the back of the manual - very small print !

or maybe it'll look like something like this (although this is an extended warranty card, your warranty card may be similar)...
