sending back optoma dv-10 need advice

I just don't feel comfortable viewing the Optoma machine any longer due to the rainbow effect eye strain and blurred vision the next day. I'm able to exchange

The question is which machine should i go for? My main requirements in order of priority:

1) LCD

2) macintosh DVI compatible using a DVI to VGA converter cable, (the optoma was not compatible with DVI)

3) Portable, we were constantly setting up the DV-10 all over the house it was very nice to have DVD and sound from one box (however our mac powerbooks could easily provide the source image so integrated dvd player is not essential)

4) at least 768 x 1024 (i know the DV-10 is only 800 x 480 but I want to avoid barn door mesh effect with LCD)

5) we are only projecting image sizes between 1m50cm and 2m50cm

6) able to connect with my Toshiba sd-350 (it has a HDMI connection)

7) not cost any more than £ 900-1000

many thanks for all your help
