Projector suppliers in the North West

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a projector supplier in the North West where I can go and demo at least a couple of units before I buy?
It's also important that they have a decent stock as I'm so impatient i've got to have one now , I've got my screen but no projector yet!

Cheers

John

Thanks for that PJ,

I have just spoken to them and arranged a demo tomorrow afternoon providing I can get the time off from work!

He has recommended I look at the Sanyo Z4, Panasonic PTAE 900 & Hitachi PJTX200.

Comparing their prices they seem to be a little more expensive however I have to say they are very helpful.

I'll let you know how I get on.

Cheers

Hi John,

I was thinking of arranging exactly the same demo for the weekend but if I can get the time off tomorrow afternoon I might as well come and see them with you. What time are you planning on going up there?

Cheers

Ben

Hi Ben,

I have booked an appointment for 2pm and I have to confirm tomorrow morning that I am definitely going, by all means come along, you never know they may do us a discount if we both buy one!

I hope they're not pushy I hate pushy salesmen....

Where are you travelling from by the way?

Cheers

John

Ah thats a bugger - I've got a meeting until 3pm I'll be travelling from Warrington. If you can't make it maybe we could arrange for the weekend and as you say go for some discount!?

On a slightly seperate note though I was looking forward to hooking up an Xbox 360 on 2nd December to whichever projector I chose but looking at this I might not be!... http://www.xbox-scene.com/xbox1data/...yEHasmrPqu.php

I'm travelling from Runcorn and I can finish at 12 o'clock so i'm ok, cancel your meeting, projector hunting is far more interesting!

When I spoke to them on the phone they said after 2pm on Saturday would have been possible for a demo but I think they were booked up before that but it's worth calling them to make sure.

I can't make this weekend as the missus has all sorts of Christmas shopping lined up.
