I have the above projector and it doesn't seem to be firing enough red.

I plugged it into an s-video and the colours were washed out in faces etc. so I tried it on the VGA port and tried a few text colours:

The red was maroon and the green was the same as olive, I think both of these are down to the red problem.

I tried adjusting the colour settings which didn't do anything on the red, changed green and blue fine though.

I can see all three colours if I look into the vent on the top of the projector so it must be something after this.

Anyone have any ideas? I'm happy to take it apart (again)
